Compensation:
Pay: $75,000+ per year (& Commission)
The Plumbing Manager's compensation is based on previous experience. This role’s compensation is a mix of salary & bonus with the expectation to make from $75k-$100k.

Main Role…
The Plumbing Manager is responsible for planning, executing & finalizing service repair while providing leadership to his / her team. This individual will help grow the market by onboarding new plumbers, managing large projects, ensuring jobs are completed to code & handling service jobs. This individual will maintain a sense of urgency, responsibility, & resourcefulness to support & direct all local service area plumbing work.
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Have & maintain a clean driving record.
Plumber License in the state of IL
Plumbing: experience in service & installation
Supervisory / Management experience (Preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Effective written & verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills & innovative thinking
Flexibility & excellent multi-tasking abilities
Superior organizational & time management skills
Responsibilities
Maintain communications with Customer Service (office) & Management.
Complete the proper paperwork.
Keep your company truck clean, inside & out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Facilitate & Participate in scheduled weekly service meetings.
Supervise, & Train the Service Technicians.
Participate in training
Allowing you to grow & develop as a professional.
As well as, train, grow, & develop your team.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Additional Responsibilities…
Develop a department that buys into the culture of the company.
Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from management & customers.
Ability to calculate figures & amounts such as discounts, prorates, & percentages.
Assists & provides support to Dispatch Team daily completing proposals (for repair) as needed to ensure all proposals are completed & distributed in a timely manner.
Monitors Tech daily schedules to identify workload & if help is needed.
Assists in the timely resolution of customer issues / complex technical problems confronted by the technicians.
Hands-on approach to ensure crews are completing quality installations.
Verify PPE is being used by all employees on each site visit. Report all instances of injuries, near-misses, property damage, & safety concerns to ownership.
Hold service technicians accountable to keep worksites clean & clear of any unnecessary material /debris – leaving the property "Better than we found it".
Complete documentation & conduct “coaching” sessions to reporting employees for inappropriate behavior, sub-standard performance, poor quality, etc., & not following company policies/procedures, including Safety related policies, as needed. Notify the Operations Manager of any issues that may negatively impact the company's image/operations.
