Job description Operation Manager for Home Service company providing, Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing, Corp generates north of 12M and has immediate opening for the person who thrives on a challenge. This position is responsible for the overall success and management of our residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service center. If you thrive on the following then we'd like to get to know you better: Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control service activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong client focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive and positive business environment. Base compensation plus bonus on profitability. KPI: · Assume full operational responsibility for profit and loss in each department. · Establish a working relationship with each department head and working owners · Maintain and improve on a "team culture" among technicians while holding the team to a high standard of client satisfaction. · Consistently administering company policies and procedures throughout the service center. · Monitor and maintain job satisfaction among personnel by completing annual performance evaluations and salary reviews in a thorough and timely manner. · Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and other reports in addition to monitoring the timely flow of paperwork necessary to the company · Financial analysis to identify trends and prospective problem areas and taking immediate action based on findings. · Optimizing each service center to provide service, complete tasks, and otherwise perform in an efficient manner. · Develop new programs and executing established plans to meet and exceed company goals and profit margins · Maintain a working knowledge of competitors, developing innovations to maintain market lead, and sharing best practices with other members of the management team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in the trades, successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business. · Proven and Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue objectives. SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES: · Strong interpersonal/communication skills. (Oral and written) · Ability to self-start and motivate a group of individuals to act as team towards a common goal. · High EQ & sense of humor · Analyze cost and forecast data to ensure alignment with the Division’s goals and objectives. · Build a team culture by helping to recruit, motivate and train the staff. · Review and promote the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. · Demonstrate proficiency with multi-tasking alongside time management skills and the ability to prioritize and plan. · Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and attention to detail. · Computer proficiency.
