How you'll make an impact" • Train 2 X a week role play, teaching sales cycle . In addition, f spend time "boots on the ground" training . • Plan, organize, direct, etc to achieve revenue goals and objectives while maintaining a strong client focus, leveraging the brand, and driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing and highly competitive and positive business environment . • Establish a working relationship with each department head and working owners· • Maintain strong interpersonal communication skills • Maintain and improve on a "team culture" among technicians while holding the team to a high standard of client satisfaction. Consistently administering company policies and procedures throughout the sales team Develop new training programs and executing established plans to meet and exceed company goals and profit margin. What this position requires: • Minimum of 5 years in the trades must hold a C 36 license • Proven track record of developing top producing sales teams. • Help recruit, hire and again train sales /service team • Ability to train how to estimate time and materials . Job costing. • Ability to bring a daily positive attitude and sense of humor • Strong time management skills • High EQ and a true joy of helping others hit their potential.
