Job Description:
Urgently Hiring! WE CARE - Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is currently looking for some highly motivated Residential Plumbing Technicians to join our team and serve the Inland Empire, Orange County and surrounding areas! Please apply here! The Plumbing Technician is responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Plumbing fixtures, equipment, water heaters, drain systems and related problems. He/she must present options, service agreements, and pricing to customers in a clear, polite, and respectful manner. The Plumbing Technician must complete approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner, leave a clean and orderly work area, collect payment and fill out paperwork properly. Responsibilities: • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls. • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans. • Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals. • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck. • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats. • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
