Job Description:

If you have the experience we seek, take this opportunity to grow with the pros at ARS-Rescue Rooter®. We are looking for a Drains/Plumbing Sales Manager for our Northwest Houston Service center. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and goal oriented with experience in Plumbing and Sales Management to join our award winning Houston Team! The Drains Manager will create, monitor, evaluate and implement strategies to maintain and help improve the ARS's sales volume and penetration in the Houston market. You must not only be self-motivated but possess the ability to motivate others and not be afraid to lead a team by example! ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Manages and develops the Service staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production. • Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits. • Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develops sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections. • Evaluate competitors' services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations. • Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives. • Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations. • Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training. • Analyzes sales incentive programs and provides direction for modification, as needed. REQUIREMENTS: College degree preferred, but not required. Must have 4 years, Plumbing, Sales & management experience. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
