Job Description:
We are Sustainability Solutions (SAS) - A nationwide provider that focuses on water conservation for large or multiple properties through installation of ultra-high-efficiency plumbing fixtures that result in superior water and money savings. Our team specializes in replacing outdated toilets, showerheads, and aerators with cutting edge alternatives. Improving your bottom line is our bottom line: lower operating costs, less water wasted, more money saved. We currently have an opening for a National Field Supervisor in our office located in Flower Mound, Texas. The National Field Supervisor is responsible for managing the successful installation of SAS products including management of its installation teams while insuring a professional and seamless installation of our products and services. Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to) Conduct site visits for inspection and/or preparation of work Direct client communication, including attending & participating in all project kickoff calls Manage and train installation teams Contact with External Plumbers for pulling permits, when applicable Interview and hire installation teams Manage timesheets for installers and oversee the tracking of work Responsible for auditing the information reported to payroll Problem resolution; help resolve any issues occurring onsite during installation, both in the field and internally by teaming up with installation coordinators and others as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications (min. educational and experience qualifications): Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, license preferred Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills. Experience with water associations and conservation industry preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Formal presentation skills before both small and large groups. Experience managing and training teams along with coaching and mentoring experience. A demonstrated capability to keep abreast of new industry trends and possible application to SAS projects. Ability to travel 50%, but in the first 6 to months 8 months up to 85% Managerial background experience of at least 5 years We are growing entrepreneurial Company offering great benefits and compensation.
