Job Description:
Requirements for this position are: • Full knowledge of plumbing systems, components, equipment and fixtures. • Able to read and understand blueprints and specs. • Previous experience in plumbing is preferred. • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF programs, Bluebeam. • Good communication skills both written and verbal. • Problem solving skills. Responsibilities would include: • Set up of budgets and control of project finances. • Set up of job files. • Preparation and documentation of submittals. • Preparation and submittal of RFI’s • Preparation and submittal of change orders. • Overseeing and maintaining project schedules. • Oversite and ordering of materials, fixtures and equipment. • Work directly with field superintendents, contractors, architects and owners.
