Job Description:
Job Summary: Service, Diagnose, Repair, and Install all types of plumbing for Residential & Light Commercial Clients. Communicate the findings with the Client at whatever level necessary for them to understand the problem and make a decision about the solution. Offer additional products and services, including annual maintenance agreement, which will benefit them. Complete the work in a timely manner. Benefits/Salary: Medical Dental Vision Paid Holidays and Vacations Team/Family Environment Continuing Education Opportunities Salary Dependent on Qualifications (Range $21-$36/hour + commissions and spiffs) Primary Responsibilities: Provide hand and power tools as required for Service Technician position Troubleshooting equipment, complete repair & installations of residential & light commercial projects Verify and coordinate Plumbing building code compliance Other duties as assigned Communicate clearly, the ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers Acquire preventative maintenance agreements Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Run after hours/on-call calls as required Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ Service Experience Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Help Clients make repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills Master Plumber license Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Operate/use tools in a safe manner
